When it’s THIS hot, you start thinking more creatively on what to wear. I was covered head to toe in this with a little DIY thrown in – thank God!!

Skirt: Forever 21 (similar one here or get the white and wear sheer black shirt) Shirt: . Shirt: Lulu  (similars here or here). Bag: Thrift (DIY studded). Sandals: Steve Madden. Ring: H&M. Nails: Essie ‘Bright Tights’
The skirt was fully lined to the hem but felt so heavy plus you couldn’t see the lace properly, so I cut off most of the lining underneath to a mini to keep it see through.  Visually it made the skirt feel 10 x lighter. Plus ventilation!! Yessssss…. One way to wear black in summer and not feel stuffed. 
You already know the shirt before here with these snake bite leggings. Too bloody hot to wear black leggings right now.

    I would be dying in that outfit right now it’s crazy humid in NY, but i love the outfit! perfect idea to cut the lining into a mini – i got a similar white one at urban outfitters a few weeks ago. love the purse too!
