With Rachel Roy herself and her colleague (both so friggin cool to talk to). I wanted to grab Rachel’s Tshirt with that jewel encrusted tangled piece that’s part of it! (from the RRR collection)

Some of the clothes/jewellery. (I see that pocket front drapey yellow leopard dress over black skinnies & heeled ankle boots or as is with a skinny black belt and boots)

Me with Veronica Webb. My RRR top was COMPLETLY backless and draped with chains (I should’ve turned around shouldn’t I?) Wore it with RRR cuffed shorts and black heeled ankle boots.

earring

Look at this earring. I want! (from RRR collection). Its like a spear secured with a pyramid stud on each end. Sorry for pic quality. I zoomed in.

Styles at the party: Ruby red encrusted handbag (I want one!). Leather fingerless gloves. Man bag and two toned brogues (LOVE….)

Where do I start? After Lucky magazine saw my blog, I was selected to be part of the Look Book and promotional video for the newly launched Rachel Rachel Roy collection for Fall 09. You should have seen the look on my face when I got the email confirming I was one of the four girls. It was priceless.

The whole experience has been incredible – right up to the launch party that was this evening. Met with other fashion bloggers including nitrolicious. After meeting and talking with Rachel Roy herself, she really is stunning and even more beautiful on the inside. I’m sure I’ll post other bits and pieces of the whole event in other posts but I would have self destructed to not get this posted for now. Thanks to EVERYONE who made the whole adventure a fashionista’s dream realized.
