There are approx 40+ styles of creepers
Jimmy’s custom waistcoat
Finally. A feature on a place I’ve mentioned since I first started this blog.
I have been going to T&V for years.  Jimmy Webb (1st/2nd & last pics) is the owner of the shop and is something of an institution on St Marks where the shop is located (watch his Stylelikeu vid). He has worked with celebs including Avril Lavigne and Iggy Pop and supplied for countless magazine shoots looking for that punk story.  Always decked out in custom denim and leather, this has been Jimmy’s style before studding, rips and punk inspired fashion became mainstream.  Every time I see him he’s in a different (sick) waistcoat.
The shop was born out of the 1970s punk age and the walls are plastered with signed photos from customers throughout the years. The shop is split into two separate spaces. Clothes and leather jackets upstairs and accessorieson the basement level.  If you are looking to try on DM’s and creepers then you just hit Alice in Wonderland on crack (code for sensory product overload).

Long time readers know that I go there to stock up on animal print skinnies like this zebra numberbrimmed hats and of course – the footwear 😉

I LOVE this store, it’s been such a staple for me for years. I remeber being in high school and not having enough moolah to get everything I wanted, and Jimmy would always let me and my friends just hang out in there and try things on. Time to pay him a visit and get some serious grown up shoes to remind me of my youth.
