Doing the pastel/neon thing on the cheap. 




CONVERSE


Dress & neon necklace: Forever 21.  Similar dresses here and here.  Try these neon necklaces: this, this or this one. Shoes: Converse.  Hat: Trash & Vaudeville (others on sale here). Bag: Thrift. 
This is probably the laziest way to get in on the pastel shade trend for Spring.  Just wear a pair of Converse chucks.   I think this is the what? 3rd pair now? Got the DIY studded greys, the baby pinks and now these bright tangerines. It’s from their Spring line but I’m thinking what if they did neon ones?  *scratches chin*

I’m wearing a long jersey number over winter leggings.   I won’t be too far off from wearing a version of this collage one day I’m telling you (the Proenza is optional tempting).

      I got the dress over a year ago. I’ve had it for ages. It has a low scoop back. Not too low. Like bra strap or above

    Converse actually does make neon shoes! I’ve seen them in green, pink and orange. I’m not sure if it’s because they are super popular in California, but I see them a lot out here! Love ’em!
