For the past 8 days ish during fashion week I woke up thinking ‘there’s snow on the ground and I need to be on my feet all day carrying a huge heavy camera – what the crap do I wear for that? Side note: for those that asked, I shoot with a Nikon D700 and lens wise I usually use 85 fixed 1.4. I did play around with a 70-200 zoom lens for a couple of days. I love it but good God it weighs about the equivalent to a 3 pound dumbbell. Needless to say wearing heels was out. For the entire week.
Recently I went with a dress plus mens vintage loafers. Tip: Wear two pairs of tights to keep your legs warm.
