Kate is wearing platform silver shoes by Prada.  I was obsessed with them right after taking these photos.  I bumped into Kate later in the year at a Brit Expat event in the city and she wore them again.
That’s when I asked her where did she get those shoes (although by then I had found out so asking was the final confirmation).
Kate has worn them (perfectly) dressed down in these photos but has also paired them with calf grazing skirts and dresses.
