Pastels are literally everywhere but how brilliant is this take from British Marie Claire?

They took the sweetness out of the sugary trend so it’ll last a lot longer in the average wardrobe – no?  Do not get me wrong though, I love the 50s retro girly styles (thanks Louis Vuitton for bringing it back), but going edgy with it is so f**king sexy.

Fave picks to edge up a spring wardrobe (mine included):

T by Alexander Wang Cotton Sweatpants
Topshop oyster blazer (I wear one similar over anything)
A.L.C Shayne Pants (on sale)
Sam Edelman Yelana heels
Topshop mint sweat top
ASOS Ombre blazer
3.1 Phillip Lim Cody Heels (same as above – comes with clear & silver straps too)
3.1 Phillip Lim zip pants
ASOS yellow shift dress
ASOS A-Line Mini skirt
Topshop silk shorts

Pretty ed, but it has NOTHING to do with the 50s Louis Vuitton trend, so not gettin why you’re bringing it up. They are just minimal pastel looks.
