Boy did I have to get these loafers. My Snapchat and Instagram (karenbritchick) was of me eyeing and trying on the Gucci gold Princetown shoes. Somehow I couldn’t justify the price for the metallics. When I met this woman recently wearing the Gucci silver loafers, she told me that they scuffed quickly and I was quietly relieved for not caving.
Fast forward to last week and I saw the gold ones in Topshop. My eyes widened to two dinner plates. “No sorry we don’t have your size,” the assistant sighed. Two minutes later I ordered online. The Gucci fuchsia pink loafers are equally sick (yes I tried them on) so you can guess I almost died when I saw this listed last night.
