This is for when you have to go out on a freezing day ‘wearing something party-like’ but don’t want to freeze your a** off.
Order one or two sizes up in one of those beaded vests that’s everywhere now and layer over a similar colored knit or soft t-shirt (long or short sleeved). For a night out this month I’m trying it with a t-shirt.
Add a pencil skirt or ripped dark or light denim and heels. Done.
