Some pictures behind the cash register
Snake print and leopard (I have those leo skinnies) but look at the snake print! Why did I have to see those
I fell in love with these galaxy metallic skinnies. Didn’t see these the last time I was there…
Where I get some of my hats
This Jesus flaming heart necklace has been a favourite of mine for years. One of the staff wears it almost every time I see her
Rows of shoes and boots from metallic to various animal print
A fraction of the Doc Marten selection
There are approx 40+ styles of creepers
Jimmy’s custom waistcoat
Finally. A feature on a place I’ve mentioned since I first started this blog.
I have been going to T&V for years. Jimmy Webb (1st/2nd & last pics) is the owner of the shop and is something of an institution on St Marks where the shop is located (watch his Stylelikeu vid). He has worked with celebs including Avril Lavigne and Iggy Pop and supplied for countless magazine shoots looking for that punk story. Always decked out in custom denim and leather, this has been Jimmy’s style before studding, rips and punk inspired fashion became mainstream. Every time I see him he’s in a different (sick) waistcoat.
The shop was born out of the 1970s punk age and the walls are plastered with signed photos from customers throughout the years. The shop is split into two separate spaces. Clothes and leather jackets upstairs and accessorieson the basement level. If you are looking to try on DM’s and creepers then you just hit Alice in Wonderland on crack (code for sensory product overload).
Long time readers know that I go there to stock up on animal print skinnies like this zebra number, brimmed hats and of course – the footwear 😉
