The Ditsy Summer Dress

Untitled

This to me is easy summer style.  A short loose cut cap sleeved dress to skim off the body (I can’t stand anything clingy).  Simple ankle boots (how cool are her pixie ones???) and a fun little pouch bag.  Hers is from H&M.

Every year I see this little dress and boot combo on the streets and wear versions of it myself.

Getting this look:

There’s tons of online versions.  My current faves are this paisley sleeve one (on sale).  A plain T-shirt dress or any of these ditsy dresses.

These Topshop pointed ankle boots are the closest I found to hers (comes in black too).  For moccasin boots I have these All Saints tassle boots (on sale).  I saw this little pouch bag a couple of days ago if her version is a bit too much.  I personally love hers though.

Note:  In Autumn, everyone just transitions this look with wool tights and a jacket.

Yes, very simple style. Sometimes when its scorching outside, you just need something loose, free, and easy.

I wouldn’t really call that a summer look because of the (ankle) boots, I can’t stand those during a real, hot summer.
