Dress: H&M Garden Collection. Boots: Vintage Fryes

Bought both but still not sure which to return. (If you follow me on twitter here you already know about these pictures from yesterday – plus other updates I do on there).
I like the soft cream/ivory one (wearing my old caramel boots made it even more appealing), but the red… (Sod the fact that it’s the colour associated with H&M’s Garden Collection?).

Help! Which colour?
ps. the red one is a true lipstick red. No orange.
(Daria, as promised you’ll get to keep the one that I don’t).

    I think you’ll wear the cream more often and for longer. The red is still fierce but the cream…. Oh the cream. Sigh.

    One’s red and one’s orangey red (lol – I know that’s the lighting).

    I’d go with the cream…it would be as recognizable on the street (it bothers me when I’m wearing the same thing as everyone else) and I think it’s more versatile for summer 🙂

    Love them both. If you have to return one maybe the ivory bcs it could maybe be a bit ‘short wedding dress’.

    Definitely the white. The red is festive and beautiful, but the white goes with your skin tone more. And it’s much more spring. I love both, but I personally would get white.

    1.it seems to be a colour we don’t see you in much, so its good to have that one pop of colour that stands out a bit more from your tried and true colours.

    2.it’s a dream with your skin tone and the boots.

    3. Could be worn casual as pictured with the boots, or girlied up a bit with more colour on the lips and heels.

    Ivory. The Rosettes for the skirt are detail enough, you don’t need your dress to be flashy red too! The Ivory is an understated color which makes the dress pop! Pick the Ivory!

    i love them both, but if i had to pick the color for i think i would choose the white – it looks stunning against your skin, very beautiful. red is my favourite color, so if i was choosing for myself i guess i would choose the red, but i’m not sure they both look very lovely 🙂

    Both colours look adorable on you – but I think red would be the option you wear more, but the ivory would be *the* dress to stand out in. Especially on your skin tone, with those boots…ahhh i want that dress!

    IVORY. looks so good with your skin tone, and it’s a neutral so you can wear it with a lot more things (including a red leather jacket or red boots or red heels or red cardigan or something!!). but with the red, you might not have as many chances to wear it because it’s such a bold color.

    Ummm, clearly both look fabulous on you and provide different looks. If I absolutely had to pick, I’d go with the red because it just speaks out and can be gorgeous for dress-up but also bold on a summer day in the city..

    thx EVERYONE FOR THE VOTES!!!! I read them all as they were coming in.

    Anon – i got 2 in the cream and 4 in red. Both fitted perfectly (weird H&M sizing!!).

    For those who said to keep both, for me I have way too many clothes to want to have 2 of the same distinctive dress styles. Best (for me) to just enjoy one only in that one style only. Hope that makes sense. Plus I promised my gf Daria she could have the one that I let go ; )
