Having a laugh at Topshop

A few items I pulled.  That kimono jacket is perfect with a brim hat…
Taking pictures. I want to wear this dress with black opaque tights and a top knot
Customers logged onto Facebook, ‘liked’ any item I picked out and were handed a gift certificate to spend at the shop (those certificates were all gone by the time the event ended)
Hair styling stations were set up for customers all evening
Always eyeing what people wear, I had to take a shot of this girls brilliant triple sole creepers. They are the same brand as mine (shown on me in suede here) 

Complimentary mocktails all evening
Being the eternal shopper, I had to try on these sparkly brogues I clocked earlier (my twitter followers already know about them from my iphone pics that night)

and of course, they came home with me. They are online here (runs 1/2 size big).

I had such a good laugh on Monday at the Topshop Style Socials events.  This is the second time that I’ve collaborated with Topshop (first time was in this post here) and it really is an honour for me – especially since I’ve shopped there growing up in London before I moved to New York.
I met blog readers (thank you to those that were there). We took photos and had a good chin wag while anyone who logged onto Topshop’s Facebook page at the shop was handed a gift certificate for picking their favourite item.

    Those Sparkle shoes are mine. I had been eyeing them on the site, but didn’t have anything to wear them with. I just got them! It’s so rare that anything is sold in a 9.5 and i a got another great pair of flats! I can’t wait until they arrive. The event looks great! I really hope Topshop brings a pop up store at least to DC.

    i truly love your blog but i do find that blogs that have “click for more pictures” option in their posts kinda annoying. I just find i cant really be bothered going in to another screen so i dont. I used to follow fashion squad and she had that too and it just couldnt be bothered. I dont wana sound rude AT ALL because I truly love your style and your personality that shines thru in all your photos, I just thought id put it out there.
