What I wore to shoot…
My last shoot yesterday was backstage at Rachel Zoe who’s aesthetic I love. It was a luxe spin on pure rock and roll – all 60s inspired rock stars. Very much like Rachel’s own aesthetic (see pic 4 of Rachel in a flared tuxedo trouser).
I watched as Odile Gilbert for Kerastase played up the look by laying a single messy braid on top of tousled volumized hair. I loved it all and it’s so do-able. Ironically I wore a loose side braid under my hat while shooting.
I have to stay comfortable this week for all day shoots so I wore the above leopard print maxi dress with my old vintage Fryes (note this picture was taken in October 2010 from this post). The only difference this time was a camel coat on top and a red Balenciaga bag (similar dress here) – and the side braid as mentioned 😉
