I was flown out to LA on Tuesday to check out the Isaac Mizrahi x Chevy Malibu fashion show…

Of course, the weather was perfect.

*Clouds part* The Chevy Malibu that I’ll be test driving for a few days soon.   There was a special stage created at The Grove for the show.

After the show a quick couple of questions with the extremely friendly and down to earth Isaac Mizrahi.  He was such a hoot. ps. Check out his fab nail polish.

I’ve been so busy rushing to catch a flight to LA last Tuesday that I didn’t even get a chance to do a quick blog post showing me leaving! Sorry!!

I flew in for the day to check out the capsule collection of ‘essentials’ that Isaac Mizrahi has designed, inspired by the new Chevy Malibu.  I mentioned in this post about driving the Chevy soon so it was good to see it up close before hand.

The collection is comprised of essential pieces to build a wardrobe around e.g. classic driving loafer, oversized sports watch, leather jacket, cobalt blue leather bag etc).  The clothes will be available on LivingSocial later this month.

Right – I bloody need to see what all the fuss is really about and get my hands on this car already. Stay tuned for that!
