No surprise that I found double strap monk shoes (remember this post about them?). I instagrammed these two tone ones a few weeks back after my lower jaw dislocated and hit the ground when I clocked eyes on them. I still have the brown star studded ones from a vintage shop so two very different pairs.
I wore a shift dress over a basic shirt and my teddy-like leopard bag which I picked up around 2009. It was also love at first sight. I saw it across the floor of a Salvation Army (Oxfam) and it’s still one of my favourites. Love how I get the biggest thrills from the least expensive things.
Trivia: The shoes bear the same name as one of my favourite TV programs which by the way is turning into a film possibly? #lovealice

I doubt many have them in their wardrobe. Take a look down the street every day and you probably don’t see anyone in a pair of two toned shoes. You’ll love them if you take the plunge.
