Saturday was a long day but loads of fun. I headed to the tent after lunch and saw the Chado Ralph Rucci and Vivienne Tam Spring Summer 2010 shows. I was invited to the Christian Siriano show but due to overbooking, I was unable to get in. Note to self: always arrive early!
The Chado Ralph Rucci show was for the ladies who lunch set with loads of classic dresses in chiffons and silk. I adored the transparent black dress. Vivienne Tam was floaty hippie boho. Models wore cross body suede bags with ultra long fringing. The short and long chiffon dresses with butterfly prints felt ethereal and the black embellished waistcoat added edge.
After a quick change at home, I headed to the Nicholas Kirkwood party at the Tribeca Grand hotel and met with the lovely fashion blogger Susie Bubble. It was great to meet a fellow Londoner. Also met again with Eliabeth Ammerman who I posted about here (remember her long one side earring?).
