keep borrowing them ladies

Winter leggings (under jeans): American Apparel. Jeans: Borrowed/taken from the boyfriend. Leather jacket: Zara. Wool polo neck: H&M. Faux fur vest: Forever 21. Fur head band: SAKS (clearance sale). Thermals (not seen). Wool shawl scarf: Vintage/Thrift. Shoes: Jimmy Choo for H&M. Bag: Balenciaga
I had this on during the first couple of days ish into the New Year? Loads of thin layers (and thank God I was in a car that day).
Back in early November, I mentioned here that I wanted these studded shoes. I gave up looking when all sizes tried on were too small (as bloody usual), but on a visit to a random H&M over a month ago, I found ones that fit! (twitter followers will remember the pics). Less conventional brogues like these , my silver ones or this studded pair makes waiting for the perfect vintage Church’s worth it.
ps. Think I’ll find a denim patch to cover the rip on Michael’s left jean leg. It’s a good thing I ‘found’ another pair of his to ‘borrow’ soon ; )
Do any of you actually borrow your boyfriend’s jeans? (or buy men’s jeans?)

i have a pair of vintage over sized jeans, but i find my guys jeans don’t do anything for my butt. they certainly don’t look as good as you do in your boy’s jeans. i do have a guy friend who borrows his girlfriend’s jeans and looks amazing in them though.
i saw a girl in starbucks today wearing those shoes. i didn’t think i liked them when i saw them in store but on you and on her they work.

I used to wear men’s jeans all the time! When I was really unconfident about my body, I wore them to hide my shape.

Now I just wear them because they’re comfy.

yes i do! they’re too big, so i belt them at my waist and wear them almost like a paperbag waist type of a deal.

I love boys jeans–perfectly baggy and they (for some reason) tend to last longer than any womens/girls jeans i’ve ever owned!

Such a superb look! It’s sometimes hard to look amazingly put together with a thousand layers on and a huge heavy coat – that’s not the issue here. A+++

Would love if you stopped by my blog and let me know what you think.

how in the world did you find these jimmy choos in a size 8? i really salute you, karen! have been to at least 4 different h&m stores here in germany and only found them in tiny sizes. the single size 40 i found was a tad too small. you’re a lucky woman :-))

I’m totally with ya! I LOVE peeking through my husband’s clothes. And the best part when I shop for him I keep myself in mind.
I really like your shoes in this. I got a great pair of Top Shop oxfords when I was in London in October. Probably one of the best cities I’ve ever been to.
I started a little blog piece too – take a peek when you have a chance.
