So we are here in St Lucia and we took a trip up to Jade Mountain resort last Friday for lunch and to see the property.

I’ve been wanting to visit Jade for years.  It’s a 5 star resort known for it’s incredible open suites – each with it’s own private glass tiled bottom infinity pool and panoramic views.
