This dress is about three years old from H&M. My hair was long when I bought it and even though it did NOT make it to the chuck pile, I feel like now it’s too feminine for me. Like I’ve out grown the cut of it.
The denim jacket updated it (even though it looks like something from the eighties which I like) or it would’ve stayed unworn. The crochet aspect will always appeal though so it’s a keeper (for now). If you have a long dress like this I say keep it too and when you get tired of it, fling a giant knit on top so it’s a lace skirt instead.
. . .
Denim jacket: Levi’s. Try Urban Outfitters. Dress: H&M (old). Try Soma London ( a good dress up or down number). Trainers: Adidas. Found more sizes on Asos. Similar from Salvatore. Bag: Gucci. Pearl bangle: Barneys. Similar from Macy’s. Plain gold bangle: Madewell. Shades: Ray-Ban. Lipstick: MAC ‘Show Orchid‘

Lips – perfection!

I like the contrast of feminine clothing with shorter, boyish hair. This is perfect – very sexy – with an edge. It’s you!
