Military coat: Zara men. Try Vince or Warehouse (both on sale).  Blouse: Vintage.  Skirt: Reiss.  Similars from  Shoptiques and Alice & Olivia. Seen before in this older post. Croc loafers: Vintage. Try Giovanni or Jenni Kayne.  Bag: Gucci.  Shades: Vintage. Try Wildfox.

The whole aesthetic is like rolling around at your favorite flea market.  For anyone not sure, I say try a metallic skirt which works with loads.

You can see mine with heels and Adidas trainers a few weeks ago.  Loafers are having a moment  so I found a couple of takes above for you.
