I found this one shoulder dress on the Forever21 website and snapped it up and thought later:  I know that we are sloooowwwwy turning one eye onto what’s hitting the shops for Autumn, but until then it slots right in for now.   It reminds me a teeny bit of Rosie Assoulin and the mustard yellow in 100% cotton sold it.  I know doesn’t take much does it?

I can’t see this exact dress online anymore, but to be honest this ruffle wrap dress would so be on my list if I didn’t have this one.
